How do you place an order?
It’s simple really. Orders can be placed 24/7 via our website.
Click on the Stickboy Coffee tab. All of our coffees are organized into categories listed in the drop down at the top right-hand side of the website.
Click the name of any category to see all the products in that category. For example, "Flavored Coffee" lists all of our flavored coffee such as our famous “Chocolate Coffee.”
After clicking a category name, you will see a small photo of each coffee listed. Please note: There may be multiple pages of products; please use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to navigate between pages.
To add a product to your cart, select the product's options (i.e. bag size, whole bean or ground, etc.), enter the quantity you wish to purchase, and click the "ADD TO CART" button.
To reach your shopping cart, click the small shopping bag icon in the top-right of any page. Once in your shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity of any product in your cart.
When you are ready to check out, click the “CHECKOUT" button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen.
Follow the on-screen prompts to select your billing and shipping addresses and payment information, and finally click the "Complete Order" button to place your order and submit your payment.

Are orders secure?
Yes! All transactions are secure and encrypted. In order to ensure data safely our payment processing is through PayPal or Shopify Payments.
We use PayPal for our payment processing because of how secure it is. Your transaction information is taken at PayPal’s website which requires clicking a few more buttons, but it ensures that that we NEVER have access to your credit card number. We NEVER see your credit card number during any transaction has taken place; so therefore, we DO NOT even store credit card information.
Your email and personal information is never shared with anyone other than the shipping company (The United States Postal Service and UPS) so you are able to receive your package.
We also use Shopify Payments to process payments because of how secure it is and it ensures that your credit card transaction is scanned for fraud, both for your protection and ours.
SSL Security
Stickboy Coffee shopping cart includes a 128-bit SSL certificate to keep your information secure – the same level of encryption used by some of the largest banks in the world.
Did you receive my payment?
Notification is sent upon payment receipt via e-mail. If you received an order confirmation (with an order number) then you are good to go.
Once we have received your order, we handcraft and freshly roasted your coffee.
When we have your order completed, we will e-mail you the shipping conformation.
The e-mail from Stickboy Coffee might get sent to your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Please check those folders!
Besides payment, what else can delay my order?
Incomplete or invalid shipping information, not providing a phone number or incorrect billing address on file with your credit card company.
Incomplete or invalid shipping information: If you provide a non-friendly address for an order scheduled to ship, you may face a lengthy delay.
If you do not provide a phone number and the delivery driver has troubles with your address, you may also face a delay.
If your billing address is incorrect or your ship to address is not on file with your credit card company, you may also face delays while we determine whether the charge is valid or not.
We take fraudulent orders very seriously, so sometimes a brief delay is required for some orders to verify some information. These delays rarely affect the shipping timeline, but we will contact you if there is that possibility.
Do you offer terms, credit accounts, CODs, etc?
Sorry. Not at the moment. All orders must be paid in full before we ship them.
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Create Account' link below or continue shopping and create an account during the checkout process. It's a basic form that asks for your address and such and be sure to enter a valid email address and a password.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
No! We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Stickboy Coffee reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No. You are not required to create an account at Stickboy Coffee to make a purchase; however, we encourage you to do so for your convenience. It speeds up the checkout for future orders.
How do I find my order history on-line?
Log into your account by clicking below, and then find the 'My Account' tab to check your order history.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!! Free shipping on all order over $50!!! We have a flat shipping rate of $5.
Insurance: All items are insured by Stickboy Coffee, you DO NOT pay any extra fees.
Where do you ship to?
Our website is currently equipped to ship to the 48 continental United States along with Hawaii and Alaska via The United States Postal Service and UPS.
For those of you who live in Alaska and Hawaii we ship with the US Postal Service. In some extremely rural areas in Alaska--USPS will require a PO Box to make delivery.
What is your return policy?
We believe in 100% customer service guarantee, and we want you to be happy!! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do whatever it takes to make things right and squared away for you. That’s our promise!!
