This provision does not apply to claims arising solely from Stickboy Coffee's own conduct where liability cannot legally be shifted to the user.

Stickboy Coffee is based in New York.

The final language governing choice of law, jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, class-action procedures, and other dispute-resolution requirements should be reviewed and approved by qualified New York legal counsel before this section is published.

The previous version of the Stickboy Coffee Terms contained a provision requiring certain disputes to be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York.

Because the enforceability and appropriate wording of arbitration and forum-selection provisions may depend on federal law, New York law, consumer-protection requirements, and the particular transaction involved, Stickboy Coffee is intentionally not adopting a mandatory arbitration requirement in this draft without legal review.

20. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other authority with proper jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent reasonably necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

If Stickboy Coffee does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
