Coffee Smoothie - Why not?

Make a refreshing Coffee Smoothie! It sounds AWESOME, and it IS! Check out this recipe I tried:

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond milk. I used sweetened dark chocolate almond milk, but substitute unsweetened if you prefer. (Other ideas are: vanilla or coconut almond milk)

2 bananas, cut into chunks (other ideas are: fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, apples)

1 cup cold strong coffee – any coffee mom loves - I used our Dark Sumatra Blend (The night before you can pour the coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze it overnight)

2 tablespoons peanut butter (other ideas are: caramel drizzle, chocolate sauce, strawberry or raspberry sauce)

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, including the coffee ice cubes if you choose and blend until smooth.

2. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.

3. Serve and enjoy my friends!!
