We are working hard with USPS and UPS to keep the shipping cost down for our customers; however, with the new price increases, we are finding this to be very difficult. They are claiming that with gas prices going down, our shipping costs must go up.
As a small business, we don’t move the volume in product that these companies are looking for; therefore, our discount with the USPS has been taken away from us. We have reached out to FedEx to discuss discount options and are still in negotiations with USPS and UPS.
